Gjermund Høsøien Wiggen dfcdbc623a fix: SetTeam shows team name, TransactionCard receives teams

- Pass teams list to TransactionCard
- Resolve team name from tx.new_value (team_id)
- Shows 'Team -> Support' instead of just 'Team changed'
